Traxxas Stampede 2wd Monster Truck

The Traxxas Stampede 2WD 1/10th Scale RC Monster Truck was first introduced in 1994 and is Traxxas’ flagship 2wd monster truck. Sharing many components with the Rustler, including the front and rear suspension components, oversized wheels, motor, radio system, speed controls and transmission (albeit with a different gear ratio), spares and hopups are plentiful for the Stampede.

The Traxxas Stampede has several differences frmo the Rustler and its other models including a rectangular shaped chassis that is raised above the front and rear suspension assemblies to increase center ground clearance, allowing it to tackle rougher off road terrain with ease. Larger diameter “Terra” monster truck style tyres are also fitted, along with raised body mounts and a unique body and paint scheme. Top speed out of the box using the supplied battery and motor combination is 23+MPH. Perfectly suitable for beginners and experienced modellers with “Training Mode” enabling the truck to be run at 50% speed, ideal for younger drivers.
